Most orders placed on ballinsltdshop.us are shipped from our retail or fulfillment locations. Please allow up to two business days for order processing prior to shipment. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the following business day. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

If expedited shipping is required, customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order to confirm availability. UPS 3 Day Select® and UPS 2nd Day Air® orders must be placed before 3:00 PM to qualify for same-day express carrier pickup. Orders submitted after the cutoff time may ship on the next business day.

We are happy to accommodate delayed shipment requests. If you would like your order to ship on a specific future date, please contact us by phone or email so arrangements can be made.

International Shipping & Customs

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or customs charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
